How the Trip Works:
Each sourcing trip lasts approximately 2 - 4 days
On the first day, we do a thorough walk-through to assess current inventory and purchase pieces for our in-house projects
During that first day, we record a video walkthrough of the warehouse inventory and general stock, which is shared with you the next day for review
You use the video to get familiar with available pieces and prepare for your personal shopping session
On the last day of the trip, you receive up to one hour of personalized shopping time via FaceTime or Zoom
During this session, you can measure, inspect, and select items live with us
We operate as a two-person team and block out half a day to accommodate up to 10 buyers, completing all calls within a 7 hour window.

Program Terms:
The $500 retainer is non-refundable but credited toward qualifying purchases over $1,000
Discounts apply to all items sourced during the trip
Credit can be used once per trip; unused credit will roll over as a RCH shop credit valid for 12 months at RCH Lancaster Company, with no discounts and requires a $1,000+ purchase
All purchases must be finalized within 7 days of invoice to apply the credit
Spots are strictly limited to 10 buyers per trip
